What are the courses about?
Our equine courses develop your knowledge in a broad range of areas including horse health and wellbeing, behaviour, biology and grooming.
What will I do as part of the courses?
You will explore and develop a wide range of practical and technical skills in animal health, nutrition, horse riding and stable duties.
Easton College is one of the leading equestrian colleges. Alongside studying in a professional learning environment in our Equestrian Centre, you will gain real experiences of work on livery, stud and competition yards, providing you with an insight into the industry and jobs in the sector.
Progression
You can progress to higher level study, including our Degree & Higher Education courses in Equine Science & Welfare and Land based Science.
The East of England has a thriving equine industry and there are lots of careers you can go into. This includes becoming a stable manager, trainer, instructor, competition groom or even livery yard owner.
