What You Will Study
A nationally recognised qualification allowing for development, understanding, skills and knowledge needed by a professional florist. Offers specialist training and advanced techniques including creative floral design, design innovation, care and storage of flowers and foliage, botanical knowledge, cost and evaluation of floral designs
Entry Requirements
A Level 2 qualification in floristry or substantial work experience in a related industry.
How You Will Be Assessed
Vocational and professional qualifications are taught through college based theory and practical lessons with further learning and understanding developed via directed self-study. Assessment consists of internally set coursework and assignments, although some professional and vocational qualifications may require the achievement of externally set assessments.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge leading to opportunities such as a foundation degree or employment as a commercial florist, event florist, wedding florist, balloon artist, interior landscaper, freelance florist or event planner
Fees
If you are a UK or home fee status student and aged 16-18 on the 31st August before the start of your course, tuition fees are free. If you are aged 19 and over please contact the Advice Shop
