What You Will Study
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, City College Norwich invite you to our exciting Women in Leadership event.
We will begin the day with networking, experience sharing and bonding over a mutual enthusiasm for female-driven attainment of excellence - whichever industry you currently represent.
In the morning, we will explore your unique leadership style and discover the benefits of values-based leadership as a model for successful female supervisors, directors and general trailblazers.
Later we will bring leadership and teambuilding to life in a fun-filled afternoon outdoors with our energising purpose-built training hub. Here Michelle, our former Military Training Officer, will guide you to challenge yourselves and excel in collaborative task-based problem-solving activities.
Don’t worry, high fitness is not required - just a positive ‘can do’ attitude which all great female leaders already possess!
We will finish the day in a surprisingly musical way, because after all, girls just want to have fun!
