What are the courses about?
Courses will develop your practical skills and technical knowledge in a wide range of areas including planning, planting and maintaining lawns, flowerbeds and essential machinery.
What will I do as part of the courses?
You will learn how to maintain gardens, parks and estates on our 245-hectare campus, honing your skills within walled gardens, polytunnels, glasshouses and landscape construction facilities.
Courses will explore health and safety in land based industries, plant maintenance, plant and soil science, and business skills.
Progression
You can progress to higher level study, an apprenticeship or employment.
There’s a range of careers that you can go into including landscape design and construction, grounds and turf maintenance and managing public and private gardens.
